Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Journey Forever LLC ("Journey", "we") about getjourney.gg, your Journey account and the guides and addon we provide. By creating an account or buying a guide, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy.

You must be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to the use of your personal data, to use Journey. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and approve any purchase.

2.Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and an account is for one person only.

Your username must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change usernames or suspend accounts that break these terms.

You can delete your account at any time on your profile page. Deletion happens 14 days later, and you lose access to your guides when it does.

3.Purchases and licenses

Prices are shown before you pay. Checkout runs on Stripe, and Link, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record: it sells you the guide on our behalf, charges any applicable tax and sends your receipt.

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use that guide, for the factions you bought, for your own play while your account is active. You do not buy the guide itself or any rights to its content. We may update, change or replace the content of any guide, including content we license from others, as long as the guide still covers the levels and factions you bought. Hardcore routes aren't included. Content Blizzard adds later, such as new races, classes or zones, may come as a free update or as a separate guide.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a purchase is fully refunded, your access to that guide ends. Access is paused while a payment dispute is open and ends if the dispute goes against us.

Creator codes may give you a discount, and they credit your purchase to the creator. We may change or end the creator program and its discounts at any time, without affecting purchases already made.

Levels 1-30 of the Forever Leveling Guide are free and stay free. Free guides are provided as they are, and we may update or change their content at any time.

4.Use of the addon

You may use the Journey addon and your guides only for your own play. You may not:

• share, sell or publish the guide content or the addon
• copy our routes into other guides, addons or services
• bypass the way we check access to guides
• use Journey in ways that break the law or harm other people

Journey is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. You are responsible for following Blizzard's terms when you use addons. We are not responsible for actions Blizzard takes on your game account, or for game changes that affect a guide.

5.Intellectual property

The guides, routes, addon, website and Journey branding belong to Journey Forever LLC or our licensors. Add-on software © 2026 TomCat's Gaming, LLC. Used under license. World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

6.Termination

You can stop using Journey at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or commit fraud. When your account ends, your licenses to its guides end too.

Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, continue after your account ends.

7.Disclaimers and liability

Journey is provided "as is". We work hard to keep guides accurate and the service available, but we do not promise specific results, such as leveling times, or that Journey will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

None of this limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Journey changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email you before important changes take effect. Changes will not reduce the license you received for a guide you bought before the change.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Travis County, Texas. If you are a consumer who lives outside the United States, you also keep the protection of your home country's mandatory laws and may bring claims in its courts.
